What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving a full range of espresso-based beverages to a consistently high standard across the Osborne Park corporate office
• Managing the café space day-to-day, including stock management, equipment cleaning, and maintaining presentation standards
• Building rapport with regulars and adapting to the rhythm of a busy corporate environment

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated barista experience in a café or corporate hospitality setting
• Strong working knowledge of espresso equipment, grind adjustment, and milk technique
• A reliable, self-directed approach — you manage your space without being prompted
• Clear communication and a genuine ease with a wide range of people
• Food safety certificate or willingness to obtain one prior to starting
• Comfort working independently within a large, high-performing organisation like Mineral Resources
