We are giving you an exciting opportunity to join the elite team based in Sydney. We are looking for a team friendly Auto Electrician who is proud and passionate about cars.
The candidate in mind will be expected to perform the following duties that include but are not limited to:
- Assist with and support the development and implementation of maintenance strategy and system initiatives.
- Able to use test equipment to locate electrical and electronic malfunctions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process by developing solutions to equipment reliability issues and
- Installing all the required electrical equipment and electronic components as per the needs of motor vehicles.
- Connecting power-operated vehicle equipment and accessories to power supply
- Conduct regular equipment inspections after repair or breakdown.
- Attend to breakdowns and diagnoses faults in a variety of equipment including repairing/replacing worn/defective parts.
- Ensure that all the defective alternators, generators, regulators, and starter motors are tested and replaced.
- Identify and carry out Preventative Maintenance
- Ensure all the defective parts such as fuses, lamps and switches are replaced.
- Perform to trade best practice standards to minimise machinery downtime and ensure that maximum availability is maintained.
Qualifications:
Relevant Qualifications with minimum 2 years’ experience as an Auto Electrician
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 PA plus superannuation.
