An excellent opportunity is available for an Associate or Senior Associate (3-8 years' PQE) to join a growing Family Law team within a leading national law firm. This role offers exposure to a broad range of family law matters, a collaborative team environment, and genuine opportunities for professional development.

The Role
- Advise and represent clients in a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, property settlements, parenting disputes, child support, financial agreements, and family violence matters.
- Act for local and international clients in alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediations and settlement conferences.
- Manage litigated matters and appear in proceedings primarily before the Family Court of Western Australia.
About You
- You will ideally have between 3 and 8 years' post-admission experience gained within a well-regarded family law practice.
- You will possess strong technical knowledge of family law principles, procedures, and legislation, with Specialist Accreditation viewed favourably.
- You will demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to build rapport, show empathy, and deliver client-focused outcomes.
