With a strong pipeline of work across data centres, industrial developments and healthcare, the business is continuing to grow and is looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in its Brisbane team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Working across a diverse portfolio of large-scale projects, you will take ownership of key client relationships, lead project delivery and contribute to the continued growth of the Brisbane office.

DUTIES
- Lead cost management services across major projects.
- Manage client relationships and key project stakeholders.
- Provide commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
- Help grow the Brisbane team and build market presence.

ABOUT YOU
- Experience as a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong background in cost management and quantity surveying.
- Experience across large-scale commercial projects.
- Confident managing client relationships and project teams.
- Strong communication, leadership and commercial skills.
- Motivated to take ownership and help grow a Brisbane team.
