Associate Provision Desktop Support Officer
- Manage ICT asset tracking, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Provide logistics support and basic ICT troubleshooting for deployed equipment.

Job Title:Desktop Support Officer | ICT Asset & Logistics Support ICT asset management, logistics, equipment deployments and site setups in a Canberra-based government environment. This onsite role covers asset tracking, warehousing, inventory management and basic ICT troubleshooting.
Location: Canberra, ACT
Work Arrangement: Onsite – hybrid arrangements may be considered at the hiring manager’s discretion
Contract Duration: 10 November 2026 to 30 June 2027, with a possible 12-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1
Closing Date: 10.00am, 30 October 2026
Essential Tasks:
- Manage the receipt, tracking, labelling, storage, allocation and movement of ICT assets.
- Support site setups, relocations, equipment deployments and warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate asset records, stocktakes and reporting using asset management systems.
- Triage logistics requests and provide basic ICT troubleshooting for deployed equipment.
Key Criteria:
- Experience or knowledge in asset management, logistics, warehousing or ICT support.
- Experience using asset tracking, inventory management or similar business systems.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage priorities.
- ServiceNow experience is desirable, along with relevant logistics or safety certifications.
