Our client is a well-established, full-service commercial property agency with a strong portfolio of premium commercial assets and an excellent reputation for service delivery.
As Associate Director, you will play a key leadership role within the Property Management team, overseeing and supporting a team of commercial Property Managers and ensuring a high standard of service across a portfolio primarily comprising office buildings. You will provide leadership, mentorship and strategic support to the team, while maintaining strong relationships with key clients and assisting with complex property management matters.
The role will also have a business development component, with the successful candidate contributing to tenders, proposals and presentations, assisting with new business opportunities and helping to grow the portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead, mentor and support a team of commercial Property Managers.
- Oversee team performance and service delivery across the portfolio.
- Provide advice and support on complex client and property matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Assist with tenders, proposals and presentations for new business.
- Identify and contribute to business development opportunities.
- Stay across market trends and opportunities within the commercial property sector.
You will have substantial experience in commercial property management, ideally with a strong background in office assets, together with demonstrated leadership experience. You will be a confident communicator with strong client relationship and business development skills.
WA Property Management registration is essential.
