The Role:

• Support and assist a Strata Manager with a portfolio of buildings
• Strata Administration ad-hoc duties
• Manage repairs and maintenance
• Liaising with stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People)
• Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations)
• Full training is provided on tasks and duties that you are not familiar with

The Candidate:

• Strata, real estate or property management experience desirable, or transferable skills and a genuine interest in the industry.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilient, organised and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional presentation
