THE ROLE
We are seeking an ambitious Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of a premium concession store in Sydney CBD.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play an important role in driving commercial performance, developing the team and ensuring customers receive an exceptional in-store experience.
This role would suit an experienced Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor, as well as a strong full-time Senior Sales Consultant who is ready to step into their first management position.

Day-to-Day

• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day leadership and performance of the store.
• Lead from the floor by delivering a high standard of customer service and setting the example for the wider team.
• Drive sales performance and help the team maximise every customer opportunity.
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, guidance and on-the-floor support.
• Build genuine customer relationships and encourage repeat business through personalised service.
• Maintain consistently high standards across store presentation, personal presentation and customer experience.
• Help create an engaging, inclusive and motivated team environment.
• Support team accountability against commercial and operational objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and communicate relevant insights to management.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence and a strong understanding of its premium positioning.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Ideally 1+ years' experience in retail management, assistant management or a comparable supervisory position.
• Previous experience within premium, luxury or high-service retail will be highly regarded.
• We will also consider accomplished full-time retail professionals who are ready to take their first step into leadership.
• Strong sales capability with a genuine commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, positive and hands-on leadership style.
• Ability to coach, motivate and build strong relationships within a team.
• High standards of personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for premium fashion and delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills would be advantageous.

SALARY
$70,000 base salary + Super + Commission.
