About the Role
Are you a driven marketing professional ready to step into a dynamic, fast-paced role? We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Marketing Manager on a 14 month fixed term contract to drive the operational delivery of internal and external marketing activities across our premium Apartment & Mixed-Use projects.
Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager, you will transform project goals into high-impact marketing strategies. While you will have primary focus on a major marquee project (such as The Orchards, Sanctuary, Melrose Park, or West Village), your agility will allow you to collaborate across our broader, growing pipeline.
Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Drive omni-channel campaigns including advertising, direct mail, social media, websites, SEM/SEO, brand awareness, collateral production, and events.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise directly with internal project teams (Project Directors, Sales Managers, Development teams) and manage external creative agencies.
  • Digital & Automation Mastery: Manage Propertybase (Salesforce) and Marketing Cloud. This includes updating automations, building EDMs, and managing nurture series.
  • Financial & Administrative Accountability: Assist with budget development, process marketing invoices, maintain budget trackers, and handle general administrative tasks.
  • Insights & Reporting: Conduct competitor analysis and market research. Utilize data to track campaign success, monitor ROI, and deliver regular performance reporting.
  • Customer Experience: Develop and manage customer satisfaction initiatives, including the NPS program, Google reviews, and testimonials.

What You Bring (Essential Criteria)

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven marketing experience (Property, Real Estate, or Construction industry exposure is highly regarded).
  • Digital Expertise: Strong track record executing digital strategies, including content management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM and marketing automation platforms; experience with Propertybase and Marketing Cloud is a distinct advantage.
  • Communication & Detail: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with an analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Drive & Flexibility: A self-motivated, proactive approach with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Logistics: Willingness to travel between assigned project sites and our Macquarie Park Head Office, with flexibility to assist with events on occasional evenings or weekends.

What We Offer

  • Clear career progression paths within a market-leading business unit.
  • Opportunity to work on high-profile, landmark property developments.
  • A collaborative, innovative, and highly supportive team culture.
