At YIPP (Young International Professionals), were recruiting for an Assistant House Manager role for one of our clients, a SIL home based in Roseville.
In this genuinely rewarding and challenging role, youll support daily operations, work with participants, and liaise with families and stakeholders.
Supporting a home with three young female participants with complex behaviours.
Excellent salary + SCHADS penalties
Ongoing training and structured support
Supportive management
What were looking for:
* Experience as Senior Support Worker (or similar)
* Confidence with complex behaviours
* Strong organisational & communication skills
Must have: NDIS Check, First Aid/CPR, drivers licence + car, full working rights
