The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this Assistant Accountant role will be broad and will include (but not be limited to):

• Month-end reporting

• Prepare monthly management accounts including the P&L and Balance sheet

• Year-end audit preparation

• Bank, balance sheet and trust account reconciliations

• Process improvements

• Back up to the AP, AR and trust functions

Your Background

To be considered for this Assistant Accountant role, you will need to meet a majority of the following criteria:

• A few years of working experience at the Assistant Accountant level performing reconciliations and month-end support

• Be degree qualified and part or fully qualified with CA / CPA studies

• A forward-thinking mindset with an eye for making process improvements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A team-focused mentality with excellent attention to detail
