Our Windows & Doors Toowoomba branch specialises in the sales, fabrication, and installation of aluminium windows and doors for both residential and commercial construction markets. We are currently seeking a motivated Assembler to join our team in a full-time, ongoing position within our well‑established, stable, and respected family business.

The Role
This is a varied, hands‑on role involving multiple stages of the manufacturing process, including:
- Metal selection and cutting
- Aluminium fabrication
- Glazing of windows and doors
You will work as part of a supportive factory team, contributing to safe, accurate, and high‑quality production outcomes.
About You
Candidates who meet the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
- Previous experience in aluminium window and door fabrication (advantageous but not essential)
- Experience using power tools
- Reliable, punctual, with dependable transport and a current driver’s licence
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and develop new skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work safely and accurately in a team environment
