Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects across multi-residential, education and mixed-use sectors
- Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout project
- Coordinate consultants, documentation and design development using ArchiCAD
- Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to a collaborative studio environment
- Ensure high-quality design outcomes while meeting program, budget and compliance requirements
Skills & experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture with local project delivery expertise
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD with solid technical documentation skills
- Proven experience across multi-residential, commercial or education projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance design intent with practical construction outcomes
