Company Background

Our client is a well-established construction services business operating nationally, supporting a busy, high-volume environment with ongoing change and process improvements.

Based in Sydney’s lower north shore with 2 days WFH, you’ll join a supportive, down-to-earth finance leader and a collaborative team that values initiative and clear communication.

The Role

This is a 5-month Accounts Receivable Officer contract to support the team through a peak workload period following a recent systems change. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing high-volume debtor transactions and AR invoicing

• Processing credit notes and handling AR adjustments

• Cash allocations and receipts processing

• Supporting the team with AR queries and general finance support as required

Your Background

To be considered for this AR Officer role, you will be:

• Immediately available with full-time working rights

• Prior experience in a high-volume AR/credit role

• Sage experience is essential (applicants without experience will not be considered)

• Working Holiday Visa (WHV – subclass 417) holders are welcome to apply

• Strong and confident communication skills

• Intermediate Excel skills (v/x look-ups, pivot tables)
