Are you an experienced Rehabilitation Case Manager with an active Australian Government security clearance?
Hays is partnering with several Federal Government agencies seeking Rehabilitation Case Managers to support employee wellbeing, injury management and return-to-work outcomes across a range of operational environments.
These opportunities are ideal for professionals with experience managing complex case loads and partnering with employees, managers and healthcare providers to achieve sustainable recovery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage rehabilitation and return-to-work programmes.
- Support employees experiencing physical and psychological injury or illness.
- Develop and monitor rehabilitation plans.
- Liaise with treating practitioners, employees and managers.
- Provide advice on injury management and workplace adjustments.
- Manage compensable and non-compensable cases.
- Deliver positive wellbeing and return-to-work outcomes.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and reporting.
About YouYou'll bring:
- Previous Rehabilitation Case Management, Injury Management, RTW or Wellbeing experience.
- Experience managing complex case loads.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation, rehabilitation and return-to-work frameworks.
- The ability to manage both physical and psychological injury cases.
- An active Baseline, NV1 or higher Australian Government security clearance.
Desirable
- Allied Health qualifications or background.
- Previous Commonwealth Government experience.
- Experience working across large and complex organisations.
