As a 1st year Apprentice based in Unanderra, NSW, you will work closely with experienced Tradespeople, Supervisors, and Managers to gain essential skills and knowledge in your chosen trade. Through a combination of hands-on training and TAFE NSW courses, you will work towards securing your trade qualification over a four-year apprenticeship. This role also presents opportunities for career progression into leadership and staffing roles in the future.

To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate motivation, a willingness to learn, teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to building a long-term career. While completing Year 10 or equivalent is required, a current driver's license and completion of a relevant pre-apprenticeship course are preferred but not essential. This position is ideal for individuals with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in the Industrial Maintenance industry, with a projected commencement date in late January 2027.
