Appointment Setter

In this pivotal role, you will manage outbound calls, engage potential clients, and effectively communicate to set appointments for the sales team. Your main responsibility is to build relationships, create opportunities for prospective franchisees, and help drive the company’s growth in the commercial cleaning sector.

Duties:

• Make outbound calls with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build rapport quickly and navigate discussions to decision-makers.
• Set appointments for the sales team.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets consistently.

Skills and Experience: 

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting is essential!
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills.
