Your new role
As a Senior Application Engineer (SAP CRM), you will play a key role in designing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications within a complex technology environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions, provide technical leadership, and drive continuous improvement across customer-facing platforms. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical and functional expertise across SAP CRM and related integrations.
• Designing and implementing scalable solutions aligned with business requirements and architectural standards.
• Conducting architecture reviews, impact assessments, and solution design activities.
• Supporting delivery teams with complex issue resolution, root cause analysis, and technical guidance.
• Leading workshops, stakeholder discussions, and Fit-Gap analysis sessions.
• Developing and maintaining architectural documentation, processes, and standards.
• Driving innovation, proof-of-concepts, and technology improvement initiatives.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team capability development.
• Collaborating with business, operational, and technology teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• What you'll need to succeed
• Strong expertise in SAP CRM and integration with enterprise systems.
• Experience working within utility or energy sector environments.
• Participation in multiple end-to-end project implementations.
• Excellent understanding of customer processes, including customer engagement and CRM operations.
• Experience conducting Fit-Gap analysis and facilitating workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Hands-on experience with solution design, application configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and SQL querying.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver practical solutions.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• A collaborative and proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
