Role Overview
In this role, you will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment. Working within an Agile framework, you’ll support the delivery of scalable applications across front-end, back-end, API, and database layers, while also contributing to CI/CD practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to software development activities including design, estimation, coding, and testing (unit and integration)
- Support development across front-end, back-end, API, and database components
- Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including build, test, and deployment processes
- Ensure adherence to development standards, tools, and best practices
- Complete and maintain relevant technical documentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve Sprint goals
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Engage in knowledge sharing and contribute to team learning
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Respond to customer and stakeholder requests in a timely manner
- Contribute to discussions around software solutions and improvements
- Support activities across analysis, testing, and security
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and SPA frameworks
- Experience in API development
- Exposure to testing and mocking frameworks
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)
- Familiarity with PowerShell or similar scripting tools
- Working knowledge of .NET and .NET Core
- Understanding of Agile principles and a continuous improvement mindset
