AP Team Leader
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice processing and supplier maintenance.
- Lead, coach, develop, and support the Accounts Payable team.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Your new companyis a well-known organisation in Western Sydney working in a high-paced environment seeking an AP team leader.
Your new rolewill include but will not be limited to:
Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, supplier maintenance, payment runs, and query resolution. Ensure invoices are processed accurately and within agreed service level agreements. Review and approve payment proposals. Monitor aged payables and proactively resolve outstanding issues. Respond to and resolve supplier and stakeholder queries in a timely manner Lead, coach, develop, and support the Accounts Payable team, including the third party BPO. Allocate workloads and monitor team performance to ensure service levels are achieved. Support month-end and year-end close activities relating to accounts payable. Drive process improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, accuracy, and controlsWhat you'll need to succeed
Experience leading a team is a must. ERP knowledge such as Oracle and Basware would be ideal.
