Your new companyJoin a leading financial services organisation investing heavily in enterprise AI capabilities, enabling secure, governed and scalable adoption of generative AI, copilots and intelligent agents across the business.
Your new roleAs an AI Platform Engineer, you'll play a key role in building, operating and evolving the organisation's enterprise AI platform. Working across cloud, security, infrastructure and AI technologies, you'll help deliver the foundations that enable AI solutions to be deployed safely and at scale.
You will:
- Engineer and administer Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure AI environments
- Build and support AI agents, RAG solutions and enterprise knowledge discovery capabilities
- Develop secure integrations with enterprise systems, APIs and data platforms
- Automate provisioning, deployments and platform operations using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices
- Implement monitoring, observability, cost management and operational support processes
- Configure identity, security, governance and responsible AI controls across the AI ecosystem
- Partner with engineering, architecture, security and business stakeholders to enable successful AI delivery
- Contribute to platform standards, reusable patterns and technical best practices
What youll need to succeed
- Experience engineering and operating enterprise AI platforms or production Generative AI solutions within Azure environments
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
- Experience building AI agents, RAG solutions, vector search and enterprise knowledge integrations
- Strong development skills in Python and/or C#, along with PowerShell, REST APIs and Microsoft Graph
- Experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of identity, security and cloud platform services including Entra ID, Key Vault, API Management and Azure monitoring tools
- Experience implementing AI governance, content safety, observability, evaluation and human oversight controls
- Understanding of security, privacy and compliance requirements within regulated environments
