You are:

You're an AI Implementation Specialist with ideally 3-5 experience and a technical background.

With a passion for AI, you have experience working with various teams in setting up AI agents to automate & optimise functions and make processes more efficient.

With a proactive attitude, you are approachable and personable with excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet & pivot where necessary.

The Role:

As the AI Implementation Specialist, you will be working across the entire business, drawing out requirements, taking on small projects and setting up AI agents to integrate across platforms.

You'll be key in shifting mindsets by demonstrating the value that AI can bring to different teams, contributing to a smooth adoption.

Working in a small team with a flat structure, you'll be very hands-on in your approach, happy to wear multiple hats where necessary.
 
This is a full time, permanent position and requires 2-3 days in the CBD offices.
Skills / Responsibilities / Background:

• Skilled as an AI Implementation Specialist
• 3-5 years as a Technical Business Analyst / Tech Process Analyst / Tech delivery etc
• Passion for AI
• Good tech understanding – ability to draw a solution architecture diagram
• Relevant degree in IT
• Passion for & experience in continuous improvement
• Experience in the financial services industry / insurance sector ideal but not essential
• Background working in immature or less structured environments or start-up companies ideal
• Experience setting up AI agents in a working environment
• Consult to a diverse range of teams to understand requirements
• Run stakeholder workshops
• Create AI solutions to suit requirements
• Set up AI agents
• Experience with Snowflake or data warehousing highly regarded
• SQL experience ideal
• Create technical diagrams
• Carry out technical testing
