Emergency Department | Albury & Wodonga Campuses

We are seeking multiple Casual Non-Admitted Administration Officers to join our Emergency Department team across the Albury and Wodonga campuses.

This is a busy and rewarding role within a fast-paced clinical environment, where you will work closely with medical, nursing, and allied health staff to provide high-quality administrative support. Successful applicants will possess strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As such, successful applicants will be required to work a rotating roster that includes morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays. Flexibility to assist with leave coverage and short-notice shifts will be highly regarded.

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. We encourage applications from individuals with strong administrative skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team environment.

If you thrive in a dynamic workplace and are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in patient care, we would love to hear from you.
