Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and Accounts Receivable processes
• Handle inbound and outbound collections calls and resolve customer queries
• Process payment allocations, account reconciliations and daily banking
• Monitor aged debtor balances and proactively recover outstanding debts
• Prepare month-end reporting and support finance administration activities
• Approve new customer accounts and assist with ad hoc finance duties

Requirements:

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Collections
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently and within a team
