Our client is a specialist earthmoving and civil construction contractor supporting mining, infrastructure, and development projects across the region. They provide a range of excavation, bulk earthworks, plant hire, and project support services, delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes for their clients.Your new role

Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and debtor management Process and reconcile timesheets for a workforce of approximately 80-100 employees Assist with payroll-related administration and reporting requirements Maintain accurate financial records and customer accounts Liaise with internal stakeholders, employees, and subcontractors regarding account enquiries Support month-end activities and financial administration tasks Work with MYOB and other accounting systems to ensure accurate processing Provide general finance and administrative support to the wider team

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable roleStrong MYOB experienceExperience processing high-volume timesheetsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStructured and methodical approach to managing workloadsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with subcontractors (desirable)Mining industry experience (highly regarded)Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a busy environmentWhat you'll get in return
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive finance team on a minimum 2-month contract commencing mid-October, with potential to transition into other opportunities within the business. Working three days per week between Monday and Thursday, you'll enjoy a flexible part-time arrangement while applying your accounts receivable and administration skills in a varied role.
