Join a Dynamic Team as an Accounts Payable Officer Located South of the River

Your new company
A large and established organisation is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join its Finance team on a six-month contract. This role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day Accounts Payable operations while the organisation undertakes a significant transition to a new financial management system. With a strong focus on maintaining business continuity throughout the implementation, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a major transformation project while working within a collaborative and supportive finance team.

Your new role
Process end to end Accounts Payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner, usingTechOne Review, code and process invoices in accordance with organisational procedures
Manage supplier accounts and respond to payment-related enquiries
Assist with payment runs, reconciliations and general finance administration
Maintain accurate financial records and support data integrity across finance systems
Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
Support the implementation of a new financial management system and associated process improvements
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive finance team environment

What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated end to end Accounts Payable experience Previous experience working within a finance or accounting team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Experience usingTechOne
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proactive approach with a willingness to support colleagues and team objectives
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Positive attitude and strong team focus
