Immediate Start for a high volume Accounts Payable Officer.
Your new roleReporting to the Finance Manager, you will have experience of matching batching and coding invoices, processing purchase orders and liaising with vendors and suppliers. Updating supplier databases and a general accounting understanding, especially General Ledger coding, is also desirable.
What you'll need to succeed: Your extensive experience of managing high volume invoices will see you hit the ground running in this busy role. First-class customer service and exceptional communications skills are paramount as you will be required to liaise with both internal staff and suppliers. You will have exposure ideally to an ERP package coupled with excellent Excel skills.
