The Role
- Full-time, permanent position
- Based in our Corporate Head Office in Southport
- High volume and fast paced invoice processing environment
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- General administrative tasks
What You'll Need
- Minimum of 5 years’ Accounts Payable experience
- High volume processing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
- Demonstrated understanding of purchase orders, receipting GRNI as part of the purchasing process
- Experience in supplier statement reconciliations
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem solving required
- Ability to learn systems, processes and controls quickly
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders, especially via phone
