Accounts Officer / Welshpool / Permanent Position / $35.00 - $36.00 Per Hour / Part Time / Flexible Working / Onsite Parking

The Accounts Officer will assist the Finance Manager with a variety of high-level functions ensuring efficient and smooth business operations and provide high quality services. The Accounts Officer key duties will include:

• Processing accounts receivable tasks.
• Managing customer receipts & reconciliations.
• Chasing any outstanding payments.
• Resolve customer queries.
• Processing & issuing credit notes
• Managing customer accounts.
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing month end journals
• Supporting the finance manager with additional tasks.

 Key skills required:

• Experience of being in a similar role
• Confident with Accounts Receivable processes
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes
• Excellent & confident communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Confident with systems including excel
