Accounts Officer | Immediate Start | 3 months minimum

An immediate opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Officer to join a well-established, fun and growing business based in Clayton on a temporary basis.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across both prodominantly in Accounts Payable and some Accounts Receivable. Someone who is comfortable in multi-tasking and can hit the ground running.

The Role

• Processing Accounts Payable invoices and matching invoices to purchase orders
• Coding and processing supplier invoices
• Preparing and processing payment runs twice weekly
• Managing Accounts Receivable tasks, including banking and reconciliations
• Assisting with month-end processes and reconciliations
• Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day accounting duties

About You

• Previous experience in a similar Accounts Officer or transactional finance role
• Strong Accounts Payable experience, including PO matching, invoice coding and payment runs
• Exposure to Accounts Receivable, banking and reconciliations
• Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1)  would be highly regarded
• Available to commence immediately
• A hands-on approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
