Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Pallet Repairer to join our client's operations in Wingfield.

This is an ongoing casual opportunity suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, is confident using hand and power tools, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

What's on Offer

• Monday to Friday
• Ongoing work
• Consistent weekday afternoon shift

Key Responsibilities

• Inspecting and repairing wooden pallets
• Using hammers, grinders and pneumatic nail guns
• Operating hand and power tools
• Assisting with plant and equipment operation
• Manual handling up to 10kg
• Working towards daily production targets
• General housekeeping
• Following workplace health, safety and environmental procedures

What We're Looking For

• Current Driver's Licence - essential
• Previous experience using hand and power tools
• Machine operation experience is highly regarded
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Excellent reliability and attendance
• Ability to complete a drug & alcohol screening and medical assessment
• Full/unlimited Australian working rights with no restrictions on hours
