Your new role
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in the preparation and development of accurate cost estimates, tender submissions and project specifications to support successful project delivery.You will be responsible for analysing project requirements, interpreting technical documentation and working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver competitive, compliant and high-quality tender submissions.Key responsibilities include:

• Developing detailed cost estimates and project specifications.
• Preparing and coordinating tender documentation and submissions.
• Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Identifying cost efficiencies and potential project risks.
• Ensuring estimates align with organisational objectives, client expectations and industry standards.
• Liaising with project teams, contractors and stakeholders throughout the tender process.
• Supporting best practice procurement and estimating activities.
• Maintaining compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and relevant legislation.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Relevant qualifications or trade-based experience in estimating, tender development, construction, or a related field.
• Strong experience preparing cost estimates and tender documentation.
• Proficiency in estimation software and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• The ability to interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proven organisational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements and industry regulations.
• A current and valid driver's licence.
